25 years female Presented in Emergency with pain abdomen and dizziness and UPT positive, without any history of Missed period
(Though last period which was 8 days back was less in quantity.)
Ultrasound showed rt ruptured ectopic with hemoperitoneum
laparoscopic treatment was done for ectopic with rt tube removed and around 800-1000ml of collected blood drained.
post operative recovery was fast and good
she started on soft diet and mobilised.
